Jeco Plastic Products designs and manufactures extremely durable pallets and containers for the worldwide printing and automotive industries, as well as other industries handling heavy product which must be protected from damage. Other capabilities include the ability to produce complex plastic structural components made to exacting tolerances. Jeco production facilities include rotational plastic molding and thermoforming capabilities unique in North America. STANDARD PRINTING PALLETS
Jeco Plastics manufactures a complete line of pallets for the printing industry, and pallets are also available to fit in the delivery of virtually every sheetfed printing press ever made. A broad variety of tops are available, including ribbed, flat, stackable, and other special configurations. Use the handy Jeco product selector below to view the pallets available for any press. Most Jeco pallets for the printing industry can be manufactured on short notice, using existing tooling.
Jeco pallets are also available for use in handling paper and board roll stock. Jeco roll pallets have been tested extensively and are known for strength and the ability to handle large, heavy rolls and protect them from damage in storage.
Need a special configuration? Jeco often can make minor changes to existing tools, thus saving printers from incurring complete tooling charges.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Jeco Plastics has extensive plastics design capability and can devlop custom pallets and containers for use in a variety of specialized applications. Our manufacturing equipment has been customized to meet the unique and varied reuirements of Jeco customers. We only use top of the line aluminum billet and cast tooling. Containers and other parts can be molded with dimensions as large as 166 inches (422cm) in virtually any thermoplastic meterial, including polycarbonate and other resins. Molded products can be reinforced in many ways, using proved, proprietary techniques developed over many years.
Automobile manufacturers and their suppliers use Jeco pallets and containers to move, store and protect high value products such as crankshafts, brake assemblies, manifolds, and electrical parts. Jeco containers are known for their rigidity, which makes them especially useful in applications with heavy parts which must be protectged while being transported and on the assembly line.
Jeco products often find use in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, where they are valued because they do not absorb moisture of fluids, and are impervious to most known solvents. Jeco food and pharmaceutical pallets are easy to clean with steam, high pressure water spray, or chemicals. We also manufacture a complete line of specialy pallets for the bottled water industry.
